A DELIBERATE SHARING PROCESS

From introduction to collaboration

01 / PROPOSE

Describe the need

Prepare a broad public title and skills list. Keep technical methods, confidential employer information, and unpublished results out of the form.

02 / REVIEW

Agree what goes public

The coordinator reviews the request and follows up before publishing. Requests and inquiries do not appear on the site automatically.

03 / CONNECT

Choose your collaborators

Interested researchers contact the coordinator. The project owner decides whether to make an introduction and what to share next.

Public listings only in this version

A verified-member workspace, private file exchange, and online NDA signing are not enabled. An academic email or ORCID link is information for review, not automatic verification. Do not submit restricted research details.

START WITH A NON-CONFIDENTIAL REQUEST

Propose an opportunity

Prepare a request for the ICCC coordinator. You will preview exactly what could be published before sending.

Public preview: title, area, skills
Review only: name, email, affiliation, profile link, intended output

Requests are sent through FormSubmit to Halfaraj@Oakland.edu. Contact information is sent to the coordinator and form provider; it is not added to public listings. Nothing is sent while you type.

01 Public listing
02 Coordinator follow-up

No technical documents, source code, equations, or confidential summaries are requested.

Before you share

Does a listing protect my idea or establish ownership?

No. A reference number or publication date records an administrative event, not verified ownership, first invention, or legal protection. Do not post information that requires confidentiality or prior institutional review.

Where are private technical details shared?

Outside this public page, through a channel the collaborators and their institutions agree to use. Decide confidentiality, intellectual property, contribution, and publication expectations before exchanging technical material. The site does not generate or sign agreements.

How do I express interest or update a listing?

Use the listing’s contact link to prepare an email containing its reference. The coordinator can follow up with the owner. To change or remove a listing, contact Halfaraj@Oakland.edu with its reference.
